Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AtlasAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AtlasAI provides an AI-powered IT operations management platform including, but not limited to, incident management, root cause analysis, automation, and compliance monitoring capabilities. The specific features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
  • Transmit malware or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AtlasAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLASAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes.
